To register and use y3mate, you must be at least 21 years of age and located in the Philippines. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. y3mate reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to suspend or close your account if any details are found to be false or misleading.

Each member is permitted to hold only one account on the platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated balances and permanent suspension. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential — never share your password with any other person.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the y3mate support team immediately. y3mate cannot be held liable for any losses that result from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details.

All financial transactions on y3mate are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits may be made through supported local channels including GCash and Maya, as well as bank transfer options available in the Philippines. The minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed in the Finance section of the platform.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever possible. y3mate does not accept third-party payments — the account used to deposit and the account used to withdraw must belong to the registered member. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and the volume of requests at the time of submission.

y3mate is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial service providers, network disruptions, or circumstances outside the platform's direct control. Members are encouraged to review the Finance section for the most current guidance on transaction timelines and any applicable fees before initiating a transaction.

Members are expected to use the y3mate platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated tools or bots, exploitation of software errors, or any other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. y3mate monitors platform activity and reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold balances where abuse is detected.

y3mate provides access to casino-style games, live dealer tables, and other entertainment content. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer procedures, and results cannot be influenced by the platform or any member. Members accept that gaming involves risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Breaches of these rules may result in the immediate suspension of your account and the forfeiture of any balance held at the time of the breach, subject to y3mate's review process.

Members wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be settled in accordance with the standard withdrawal process, provided no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending. Accounts closed due to policy violations may have their balances forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

y3mate may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, legal requirements, or operational practices. When material changes are made, members will be notified through the platform or via registered contact details. Continued use of y3mate after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
